The Conservative Party of Wisconsin states the following unequivocally:

That to secure these Rights, governments are instituted amongst Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed”.

SelfDetermination:
This Republic is the greatest expression in the History of this planet in the fundamental principle that “We the People” are free to determine our destiny and are responsible for its achievement. That it is our Divine Right as determined by our God to “Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness” and that no man or government may infringe upon those rights.
TermLimits:
20 year total government service with a 12 year federal office limit with NO Benefits.
When the Founding Fathers envisioned a government “OF, BY AND FOR THE PEOPLE” they chose the wording carefully to express the demand that the representative’s be US!
Oath of Office:
The oath of office by an elected official is to support and defend the Constitution and the Enumerated Powers within. It is also to defend the individual Freedoms and Liberties granted by the Bill of Rights. It is not their providence or domain to undermine or subjugate those rights or interpret those rights to fit their agenda or ideology.
U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights and the Wisconsin State Constitution:
Our rights are natural rights and are given to us by God and are not the jurisdiction of any man or government.
Require a Federal Balanced Budget it is the Law in Wisconsin:
Gun Control and Second Amendment:
The Conservative Party strongly supports the 2nd Amendment of the Constitution which stipulates that “a well-regulated Militia being necessary to the security of a Free State, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed”. This shall be for all law abiding citizens that meet state requirements.
Concealed Carry throughout Wisconsin and the United States:
There should be very few places where a licensed, law abiding citizen should not be allowed to exercise their 2nd. Amendment right to defend their life and property. Military bases, college campuses, movie theaters, public buildings, school zones etc. should no longer be target rich environments for violence.
Nullify PPACA by Not Participating:
Wisconsin Should Exercise Its Rights:
The Wisconsin state Govt. should exercise its rights as afforded by the 9th and 10th. Amendments and the will of the people.
End The Federal Reserve:
It is a semi-private institution that was legislated with Govt. Oversight that has never been enforced and it has destroyed the value of the American Dollar and its domestic purchasing power. The current economic policies of “Quantitative Easing” have destroyed over 30% of Americans purchasing power in just 4+ years.
Pass H.R. Bill #25 and or S. Bill 122 the Fair Tax:
Until we have comprehensive tax reform that removes Washington bureaucracy and ends the lobbyists controlling who gets what tax breaks and who pays their “fair share” we will never have full economic growth or economic freedom.
End Legislative Legalize in all Wisconsin and Federal Legislation:
Wisconsin Must Enforce E-Verify and all Immigration Laws:
Wisconsin must obey and participate in the E-Verify system and prove compliance with all current immigration laws before creating new ones.
Mandatory English Competency Testing for U.S. Citizenship and Extended work Visas:
It was required for most of this Nation’s history, that citizenship exams were conducted only in English. Too many hyphenated Americans in today’s politically correct society and we will never regain our American Ideal until we remove the barriers that divide us and language is key.
All Wisconsin Elected Representatives Pay Increases Should be Approved by a Public Referendum:
Reject all Forms of Affirmative Action in Wisconsin Education, Employment and Government:
